Savvy travelers like you understand there is a huge difference between price and value. My goal is to take the budget you have set aside for your trip and maximize it to the fullest. Perhaps it’s a nonstop flight that only travel professionals have access to, or getting through the customs and immigration line at your destination in 20 minutes instead of waiting for 2 hours with everyone else? Maybe you’ve chosen a resort you found online, but who is going to tell you the resort down the street with the same price tag has WAY better facilities? These are just a few ways that a travel designer can take a getaway from “good” to “absolutely amazing!”

2. Convenience

Did you know the average person spends over 15 hours researching vacation options?

I have two types of clients. One loves to spend endless hours researching their own vacation ideas. They bring this research to me and we work together to make their trip a reality. The other client has no time for all this research or doesn’t enjoy doing this type of legwork. The endless options, annoying pop ups, and conflicting reviews suck all the fun out of travel planning. For the latter client, the stressful time suck of online research is replaced with a fun consultation meeting and an amazing personalized trip that took less than a hour of their time!

3. Expertise

A common sentiment I hear is “I don’t need a travel agency, I book travel myself”. What you may not realize is that you DO use a travel agency. Those large online sites are nothing but travel agencies with notoriously awful customer service. Would you rather work with a friend, who is passionate about creating your perfect getaway, and who is there for you every step of the way? Or would you rather work with a faceless company who is indifferent about your experience, and will offer foreign call center representatives to (maybe) assist when there is an issue? You deserve better. So much better.

While everyone else is panicking or sitting on hold for hours, you have me on speed dial to immediately assist. While you are traveling, you have me or a colleague on call 24/7 to ensure you never have to face any travel issues alone.
